2) Please mention the reason for the return, and if it is related to a damaged product, wrong item or similar issue, please add images as additional proof.

3) When your return request will be accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. In the case the return reason is something that we (or the shipping company) did wrong, we will provide a pre-paid return label. In case you will have just changed your mind, you will need to cover the return shipping expenses. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
